SharinPix mobile app: Minimal Requirements

These minimum requirements follow Salesforce's recommended platform versions. Salesforce's current requirements take precedence if they differ from this page. View Salesforce platform requirements.

iOS requirements:

  • Minimum iOS version: 18.0

Android requirements:

  • Minimum Android version: 12.0

  • Minimum internal storage: 16GB

  • Minimum recommended RAM (memory): 1.5 GB

  • Minimum Android WebView version: 90.0

  • Tablets/phones with a camera supporting autofocus and flash. Note: Some Android devices do not support cameras and can block SharinPix usage and many other camera-related apps.

  • Preferred hardware models: Samsung/Pixel/Nexus (Other devices will work, but 100% compatibility with the device camera cannot be guaranteed).

  • Salesforce's minimal requirements are subject to change at Salesforce's sole discretion, with or without advance notice.
