Markdown versions of documentation pages are available by appending `.md` to page URLs; this page is available as [Markdown](https://docs.sharinpix.com/faqs/i-got-an-insufficient-access-on-cross-reference-entity-you-do-not-have-the-level-of-access-necessary.md).

# I got an 'INSUFFICIENT\_ACCESS\_ON\_CROSS\_REFERENCE\_ENTITY, You do not have the level of access necessary to perform the operation you requested: \[NetworkId]' error when using the PDF automation. What should I do?

If you got the following error message while configuring the SharinPix to PDF automation:

<mark style="color:$danger;">`INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS_ON_CROSS_REFERENCE_ENTITY, You do not have the level of access necessary to perform the operation you requested. Please contact the owner of the record or your administrator if access is necessary.: [NetworkId]`</mark>

this is most probably because you are using an old version of the SharinPix package.

This issue is a know issue and has already been corrected in recent SharinPix package version.

To resolve this, simply upgrade your SharinPix package. For more information on how to upgrade the package, refer to the following article: [How to update SharinPix package from the AppExchange?](/faqs/how-to-update-sharinpix-package-from-the-appexchange.md)

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Note:**

If the issue still persists after upgrading the SharinPix package, kindly contact SharinPix support at *<sharinpix@support.com>*.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.sharinpix.com/faqs/i-got-an-insufficient-access-on-cross-reference-entity-you-do-not-have-the-level-of-access-necessary.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
