If you can view images using SharinPix but have a timeout error while upload pictures it's certainly due to security settings from your network.

To validate that it is the right source for this issue you may try from another connection (at home, using your phone connection). If the problem can't be reproduced with another network you may have to as your network administrator or your IT to whitelist some URLs from SharinPix.
