I don't find images uploaded through SharinPix Mobile App on my Salesforce!
If you can't find images marked as uploaded from the SharinPix mobile App (having a green cloud on it when you visit a job from the job list) it's time to debug and understand what was configured for those images.
To do so you just have to click on the Info icon on top right of your screen from a Job screen.
Open the Job List
Click on the Job you want to explore
Use the Info icon
It will bring you to that kind of screen with a way to get :
- a job ID useful to report problematic to SharinPix Support
- an albumID corresponding to the record on which you should find the images in your Salesforce
- a button to open that specific record on the Salesforce Mobile App
